How to Delete Your Data

Crowncast respects your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time using any of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete via Dashboard

Recommended - Instant deletion

  1. 1Log in to your Crowncast dashboard
  2. 2Go to Settings
  3. 3Click on "Disconnect Account" for your Instagram account
  4. 4Click "Delete All My Data" to permanently remove all your data

Option 2: Email Request

Processed within 30 days

Send an email to samridhsingh092001.ul@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your Instagram username
  • The email address associated with your Crowncast account
  • Confirmation that you want all your data deleted

Option 3: Remove via Instagram

Revoke access directly

You can revoke Crowncast's access directly from Instagram:

  1. 1Open Instagram app or website
  2. 2Go to Settings → Website Permissions → Apps and Websites
  3. 3Find "Crowncast" or "teseact" and click Remove
  4. 4This will revoke our access to your Instagram data

What Data We Delete

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

  • Your Instagram account connection and access tokens
  • All automation rules you created
  • Automation logs and activity history
  • Analytics data associated with your account
  • Any stored message content used for automation processing
  • Your account settings and preferences

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been completely removed from our systems.

Data Retention After Deletion

After deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention). Any retained data will be anonymized and cannot be linked back to your account.
